Restroom Association (Singapore) is a not-for-profit, non-government organisation dedicated to promote clean public toilets and sanitation issues in Singapore.

RAS has two flagship programs - Happy Toilet School Education (HTSE) and Happy Toilet Program (HTP).

HTSE is an educational program dedicated to help student understand about public health and toilet issues. It consists of 5 stages and students are able to decorate the school toilets as part of the program.

HTP is a public toilet certification program for public toilets. Public toilets that have signed up and meet the basic requirements will be awarded a 3-stars, 4-stars or 5-stars.
