- Montreat College Outdoor Education Department launches new Outdoor Ministry Major in Fall 2009! The degree will combine coursework in Outdoor Education, Interdisciplinary Studies, Bible and Religion, and Christian Education. The degree program is intended for those interested in using outdoor programming in a ministry setting, whether at a Christian camp, conference center, or a formal church or mission setting.
