twite v [phonetics unavailable]. OED twit: twite (16-17c); EDD v1 'to reproach, taunt' Do So. To tease, taunt.
T 156/7-65 Joe would be always twitin' me about the Union, cause Joe and Coaker wouldn't be no man's good friend. T 245/51-66 He's only just married. He was twiting his wife about the men she was going to have while he was gone.
