Imagine a publication constructed at the same time as learning how to make it... this is where the Signal Periodical project begins, a hands on and lived in approach to publishing - a publication engaged in process -

Through a series of workshops participants will explore the tactility of printed matter, creating words and images for print and bringing the work together into a collaborative book, taken home at the end to read and distributed into other peoples homes.

This project is open to 13 to 20 year olds*
* If you are older than this but keen to be involved, get in contact there are other ways, such as mentoring and volunteering.

Also VOLUME ONE has been set free and is out in the world waiting to meet you, currently we are stocking the limited edition books at Sticky, the awesome zine store underground at Flinders Street Station in the Campbells Arcade. (read less)
