- News:
- Casualty has been filmed in Bristol right since the very beginning. Keep this tradition alive, for all of us who enjoy seeing Casualty being filmed around Bristol, and who frantically scream 'IVE BEEN THERE!' every time we see a street we recognise!
IT WILL NOT BE THE SAME CASUALTY THAT WE KNOW OR LOVE IF ITS MOVED!
We can not let this happen!
Nice to see we're getting more members! The group has not only been recognised by researchers for the BBC, but we're also making appearances in the media which is great- people know we're here and putting up a good fight :)
As a lot of you have already heard they have decided to move to Cardiff.
HOWEVER...
This isn't going to be untill 2011 and I don't intend on giving up the fight, we have come so far and it only seems right to at least let the BBC know our feelings.
Any ideas please give me a shout! We are going to be on Points West tonight for anyone who would like more information.
Thank you again for all your support.
We're up to over 2,000 members now, well done that's great. But please keep signing the petition if you haven't signed it yet, because it all helps! :)
It seems that the BBC crack under pressure from the public- it would be really good if people have a spare few minutes to send a letter or email to the BBC itself, the address can be found in the discussion boards.
Hopefully a lot of people saw, but this group was featured on Inside Out West. We've also been featured in the Bristol and Bath newspapers so people know what we're about :) This is a link to the Inside Out programme if anyone missed it... http://www.bbc.co.uk/mediaselector/check/england/realmedia/insideout/west/090304_io_west_casualty?size=16x9&bgc=C0C0C0&nbram=1&bbram=1&nbwm=1&bbwm=1
