For those of you who haven't heard yet, on the 5th of July, more than 10,000 Uighurs protested in China in retaliation to years of oppression, which culminated in the chopped up bodies of innocent Uighurs at the hands of the Chinese government at Guandong a few days prior. The Uighurs in our homeland are protesting as I write this. They are unarmed and risking their lives for freedom while the Chinese government has issued a direct order to shoot all protestors.
The point of this group, this plea, is for ALL THE UIGHURS IN THE WORLD to unite and stage a MASSIVE WORLDWIDE PROTEST at ONE TIME (that one time may last a week or so at least). The reason I emphasize the one time is that we have had many protests in the past in different countries, some larger than others. We have had them at different times and the result was not always great. So, I believe that if every single Uighur in the world were to protest at one time, it would be much louder and the impact much greater than if we were all to protest at different times in smaller groups. I understand it cannot be on the same day, but as long as it is around the same time (in the same week or so preferably) it would be great. Also, please realize that we cannot just come out one day and then be done with it. This has to last more than one day, at least a week, and it has to happen as soon as possible before everyone forgets our plight, once again.

Please take the responsibility and obtain permission to protest in your respective cities/countries. Once you have a set date, please post it on here or send it to me to post.
Please understand that this must be organized and the Uighurs must be united, we can do little separately, but if united, we can deal a severe blow against the Chinese government, who is desperately trying to hush everything up.
Please do not leave our fellow Uighurs who are protesting in our homeland all alone.

Please join this cause and INVITE EVERYONE YOU KNOW and gather as many supporters as you can. Once the date has been set, all of us will come out and protest at the same time. The media will have to be blind not to notice. Please find your local government office or any other place that will get as much attention and publicity as possible. Try your best not to scatter, it is better to have everyone in one place, so if you have to travel several hours to get to the location, please sacrifice your time and do so because the Uighurs in our homeland are sacrificing their lives.


So in short:
1) join this group and invite as many people as you can, for those of you who are admins and creators of Uighur groups please invite all members of your groups as well
2) pick a location in your country or city that will bring the most attention to your protest and obtain permission to protest there as soon as you can. (also, it would help if you could send me the dates and locations so I can post it up, or you can post it up yourselves) For this, I need at least one representative from each country to volunteer and be responsible for setting up the protest date and location in their respective country or city. If you are willing to do this please contact me.
3) once we have the dates, inform everyone of the dates and make the necessary preparations (flags, banners, parking, etc)
4) come out on the date, support our fellow uighurs and protest in the name of our country. UNITY AND ORGANIZATION IS KEY! so please make sure that there are many Uighur flags and make sure that we are all conveying the SAME MESSAGE: we are protesting in support of the more than 10,000 Uighurs protesting and dying for freedom in China. WE ARE PROTESTING FOR UIGHURS


Spread the news and prepare for one massive protest. I do not know every single Uighur in the world, so please, Uighurs in each respective country or city, you should take the responsibility to set up a date to protest and obtain permission and please keep me updated on the dates so that we can all protest uniformly.

THIS IS A PEACEFUL DEMONSTRATION, VIOLENCE WILL NOT BE TOLERATED AND WILL ONLY HURT OUR CAUSE, so please speak, scream, stand, wave your banners and wear our flag, but do not commit any violence.
