Dear ALD Members,
You are all cordially invited to attend the musical “Spring Awakening!” Please join your fellow ALD members and participants from the Learning Community program on Wednesday, November 18th, or Thursday, November 19th in experiencing the award-winning Musical, “Spring Awakening.” That’s right, you have not one, but TWO chances to catch this great musical. If one day doesn’t work for you, hopefully the other will.
Meet in CAS 120 at 5:00pm. Prior to departure, dinner will be provided, so bring your appetite! Following dinner, the bus will depart for the Orange County Performing Arts Center at 5:30 pm sharp! The show begins at 7:30 pm.
Tickets are limited and, as a result, will be distributed on a first-come, first served basis. Sign-ups will begin today, so you’ll want to reserve your spot right away! In order to be guaranteed a spot, please come to CAS 120 (Office of College Advising) and provide us with a payment of $10.00. We accept checks and/or exact cash amount (please make checks payable to “USC OCA”).
Since there are two available dates, please make sure to commit to the one date you plan on attending. Date changes will not be allowed after you have paid your fee (therefore, if you and other ALD members would like to attend the same night, make sure to agree on a specific date before submitting your $10.00).
We encourage business casual or semi-formal dress, although there is no official dress code (it’s a fun opportunity to dress up!).

The new ALD executive board for 2009-2010 will be hosting an ice cream social on Thursday, April 30, 2009 from 11:30-1:30 pm at Founders Park. We will be having free ice cream, Diddy Riese cookies, blue books, and scantrons in preparation for finals week! All ALD members are invited.
