- Hey Nu Rho Psi Members and Prospective Members!
1) Applications were due last Wednesday! Thank you to everyone who applied, and we will notify you all this week regarding results and the initiation date.
Remember, if you didn't apply this semester or weren't eligible, we recruit every semester! So stay posted in the Spring.
2) Nu Rho Psi has new T-shirt designs! For only $12, you can represent Nu Rho Psi and your major IN STYLE! If you haven’t seen them yet, come check them out during our next general meeting on October 6th at 6pm in HNB (Hedco) 100. And don’t forget to bring your $12 (or a check made out to USC Nu Rho Psi)!

FUNDRAISER!!
Where: Yogurtland in Little Tokyo
When: Wednesday, Oct. 14 ALL DAY :)
Why: to raise money for the AIDS research coalitions, associated with AIDS walk LA
How: You and your friends must print out and bring the flier (sent out in the email) in order to have 10% of your proceeds allocated to Nu Rho Psi.
Please come out to support a good cause, eat some delicious frozen yogurt, and tell your friends!
AIDS WALK HOLLYWOOD!
We are planning to do the AIDS walk in West Hollywood, so come join us for a good cause while stimulating your neurons (and burning some cals)!! We will serve bagels beforehand, and for those interested, we will organize a group to go out to a fun lunch in Melrose after the walk.
When: Oct 18 from 9am-2pm
Where: we will have carpools leave from campus and drive to Hollywood and back. More specific details to come - stay posted!!
GRAD STUDENT DINNER
We are currently in the process of organizing a graduate / undergraduate dinner for all members and non-members! The dinner will be a great way for you to talk to grad students about their experiences in grad school, ask questions about the application process and get some good insider tips, and possibly score a position in a great lab! Plus, the grad students are excited to just meet some new people and hang out - so you should be too!
