Pride is a Recognized Student Organization (RSO) at Eastern Illinois University. The purposes and goals of the group are to provide a place for gay men, lesbians, bisexuals, transgendered people, other alternative lifestyle individuals and their allies to meet and discuss issues that affect them. Pride provides an environment where we can come and feel comfortable and open.

Meetings are now on Mondays @ 8 o'clock p.m. in the EFFINGHAM Room on the third floor of the University Union.

Anyone who shows a genuine interest in the purposes and goals of Pride is welcome to attend. One needs not be currently enrolled at EIU. (read less)
