**BGA-NSBE Mentoring Program**

The BGA-NSBE Mentoring Program is a new program geared towards the academic and professional development of undergraduate students as they complete their Baccalaureate degrees and pursue advanced degrees or careers in industry.

Program Objectives

* Increase the number of students who transition to graduate school to pursue MS and PhD degrees

* Increase understanding, knowledge, and preparedness for graduate school or other post Baccalaureate endeavors

* Increase focus and motivation of students

* Increase the number of students with undergraduate research experience

* Bridge the gap between graduate and undergraduate students at Purdue

Meetings for this program will be held monthly on designated Tuesday nights. If you are interested in becoming a mentor or mentee (undergraduates only), please contact Derrick Moore (moore137@purdue.edu).
