Description:: The Medieval Society of Plymouth State University, aka MedSoc, brings together those interested in all things medieval (or early modern.) Many members are also in gaming club and interested in role playing, etc. MedSoc plays an important role in sponsoring the annual Medieval & Renaissance Forum.

Anyone in the Plymouth network is welcome to join MedSoc's facebook group. Please join! No commitment is necessary. Membership in the facebook group is optional.

Note that only dues paying members who attend five meetings per semester are eligible for all the amazing benefits of membership. Contact our Monarch, Chancellor, or another officer for more details.

Special events include the Medieval Feast at the Forum in April, and an annual pilgrimage to King Richard's Faire. (read less)

News:: The crown has passed. Long live the new king.

After last night's elections, Kelly Osborne is the Monarch, John Grandi the Chancellor, Ian McCarthy the Chamberlain, Andre Jules Lamothe the Scribe, and Dez is the Armorer. The position of tailor no longer exists, so Roxy Morrison and Liz Eaton are not really co-tailors.

Meetings are on Wednesday nights at 8:00 during the semester. Get on the email list to get up to date information mailed to you each week.
