The Collegiate Horsemen's Association (CHA) is a non-profit Colorado State University club that provides opportunities for members to explore and become involved in many aspects of the equine industry. The club promotes the horse industry by providing educational opportunities for members and the community.
Who can be involved?
CHA is a club open to anyone with an interest in horses and the equine industry as a whole. CHA members have a variety of backgrounds ranging from no horse experience to professional training and showing. Riding styles and interests of members include dressage, hunting, jumping, eventing, endurance, driving, roping and reining.
Do I have to have my own horse here?
No. When we do activities such as trail rides or gymkahnas, school horses or other horses are usually available.
How do I join?
New members are welcome to join the club at anytime. Just come to a meeting or give an officer a call!
How much does it cost?
Dues are $15 for the semester or $25 for the whole school year.
If you so choose, you can also join the American Collegiate Horsemen's Association~
only an additional $5!
