Unity is an organization, for students with and without disabilities, that promotes disability awareness and education on campus as well as disability-related service within the community. In addition, Unity seeks to create a forum, which allows members to appreciate their differences and to celebrate diversity throughout OSU.

Unity sponsors a variety of activities throughout the year, including ongoing community service projects as well as social, educational, and awareness events. Sponsored in conjunction with the Office for Disability Services, Disability Awareness Month is one of Unity’s biggest projects. Many events are planned for the month of April including speakers, entertainment, adapted sports, and an art exhibit.
