FRIDAY NIGHT BASKETBALL:
This event will take place from 10pm-2am in Clark Hall which is located in South Campus.
GENERAL BODY MEETING / MOVIE NIGHT:
November 11 at 8pm fallowed by the movie " New Muslim Cool"
LECTURE SERIES:
We would like to start a lecture series every 2 weeks in which we will bring a speaker, whether it be an imam or someone of high knowledge, to speak about various topics that you would like to be addressed. If there are no ideas from our membership, we will most likely have lectures on important issues that we must be aware of, and to follow up with that we could do a community service event (ex. a lecture on respecting and taking care of the elderly, then sponsoring a trip to visit a nursing home; a lecture on taking care of the poor and needy, then volunteering at a soup kitchen). We will also have survey posted to see what time and day you are all available so that we can set a confirmed date for the lectures inshAllah.

MSA MAGAZINE:
We are planning to start an MSA magazine inshAllah (the name is still yet to be decided). If you are interested in writing, please contact sister Thawab (tshibly@buffalo.edu) and/or sister Israa (israauro@buffalo.edu). They are in charge of editing the magazine and will take whatever ideas you have inshAllah.
MUARFUL HADITH READING:
There will be a 20 minute book session every Thursday in the MSA room from 12:30pm to 12:50pm. We will be reading Muarful Hadith, which is a commentary on Sahih Bukhari, it breaks down the hadiths one by one.
SISTERS HALAQA:
Also we will have a Sisters Halaqa every Tuesday . We will have an educated female come and discuss hadeehi, tafseer of the Quran, etc. She can also help sisters read the Quran or anything else you need help on. The room for this event is Clemen 108, the dates are TBA.
FRIDAY PRAYER:
Jumma Prayer will be held every Friday in Student Union room 210 at 1pm inshallah, we changed the timing in hopes that this will help you get to your 2pm classes on time.
