Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. was founded on the campus of Cornell University in Ithica, New York on December 4, 1906 by Seven strong black men that are known today as "The Seven Jewels." Brotherhood and leadership set the foundation for this organization, and now, nearly one hundred years later, the foundation still stands.

The "Mighty" Theta Psi chapter here at the University of Central Arkansas was founded on December 19, 1973, by eight strong black men, that are known to us today as "The Late Eight." Now, thirty two years later, we are here to continue the lagacy of this chapter, and to continue being "Servants of ALL." (read less)
