This is the group that is affiliated with Students for Freethought at UWSP.

Students for Freethought was founded on two main ideals, (1) to support the separation of state and church, and (2) to promote freethought, the use of reason and logic in place of dogma and tradition as one's guiding forces in life.

Our mission statement states: "The purposes of our organization are to promote the ideals of freethought on and off campus and to educate/inform the public about what freethought is through discussions, presentation, forums, lectures, and debates."


Basically, if you support the separation of state and church and favor scientific education and advancement, this is the group for you! Join us at our weekly meetings beginning fall semester on Mondays at 8:00pm! (read less)
