. THE STORY //
In May 2006, the ASUCD shut down funding to the El Rodeo, the UCD yearbook organization. The reasons for ending its funding included its low sales, poor organization, and annual net drop in money levels.
After discovering the demise of the former yearbook group, a group of freshmen (Class of 2010) assembled to bring back a yearbook to UC Davis. Starting off with the establishment of the Facebook group, Aggies for a Yearbook, they surveyed to see if there would be enough interested people. After receiving over 400 interested people, this website was created to further the project.
. MISSION STATEMENT //
Our mission is simple: to produce a yearbook for UCD students.
In order to achieve this, members of this project will be working around the clock to not only create and produce the yearbook but also to fundraise it to help subsidize the cost of the book.
Our goal is to provide a yearbook for as low of a cost as possible.
