XENOPHOBIA IN BRITAIN: AN OXFORD UNIVERSITY PANEL DISCUSSION
Join us Tuesday 3rd March (7th week) for a stimulating afternoon panel discussion about xenophobia in Britain and the role that interfaith activism has to play in combating it.
Speakers:
* Dr. Brian Klug - Senior Research Fellow, St. Benet's
Hall, Oxford. Fellow of the Parkes Institute for the Study of Jewish/non-Jewish Relations, University of Southampton.
* Dilwar Hussain - Head of Policy Research Center at the Islamic Foundation
* Judy Batalion – Canadian Jewish comedian
* Rabbi Herschel Gluck - Chairman of the Muslim-Jewish Forum/Director,OA Outreach Foundation
There will also be a Post-Discussion Dinner held at the David Slager Center, where we will enjoy a dinner hosted by Rabbi Eli Brackman and the Oxford University Chabad Society, who will greet us all, and where we can relax and continue the conversation.
