The PDCSC is a progressive, ecumenical and social justice-oriented student and community ministry supported by both the Presbyterian Church (USA) and Christian Church (Disciples of Christ).

We've been serving the academic community for over 60 years-- active in the Civil Rights Movement and War protests over the years. We are conscious that history could smile or frown on us; we try to stay true to our mission such that a smile is what we see.

We connect Gainesville college and university students with service and spiritual formation opportunities, guided by the principle that we are all members of one human family loved by God, and each of us has the power to positively impact the world.

All are welcome in our house.

You aren't required to confess/believe in any definitive or particular creed, or live a certain way.
