It is time for all of us to unite. All of us who cringe when people use, mispronounce, misspell, or misuse words - OUR precious words.

Although the name of the group specifies apostrophes, all grammar and punctuation is equally important.

This group has been created in response to this horrendous use of apostrophes in our culture. The group is not actually associated with the REAL Apostrophe Protection Society, but I emailed the fellow in charge of the real society, and you can't actually be a member. I am stealing and improving his idea.

All members are encouraged to step out against grammatical errors. I also suggest owning a copy of Eats, Shoots and Leaves or some kind of stylebook (AP or MLA).
