- Along with our annual efforts to help raise money for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, A Closer Look has been raising funds AND participated in the “Run for Research” fun run/walk on October 10, 2009, to help fund cancer fighting research. We are dedicating our efforts on behalf of Randy Ray, the late husband of one of our most beloved employees, Teri. Teri joined the A Closer Look family on December 12, 1996, and has been an outstanding team member for over 12 years. Earlier this year, Teri’s husband Randy was unexpectedly diagnosed with cancer. He fought a brief but courageous battle but sadly passed away in February, 2009. We are in hopes that you will help us celebrate Randy’s life by supporting this wonderful charity. ACL's 3rd Quarter 2009 'Refer a Friend' random drawing was held on Friday, Oct 9, 2009. Anne O. of Brooklyn, NY was referred by Joyce F of New York, NY. BOTH shoppers will receive checks for $50!
Although the 'clock starts over' for existing referrals that have yet to become shoppers, any NEW referrals will be added to the list for the next drawing, so keep sending those invitations to your friends and encouraging your existing referrals to sign up!
