Frankie 95 Festival was originally intended as a 5-day birthday party for Frankie Manning. After Frankie's passing in late April, the organizers decided to go ahead with the festival as a memorial to celebrate the life of one of the greatest (if not THE greatest) Lindy Hoppers.
