This is a group of enthusiastic students on campus who recognize the huge need to help people in the fight against malaria. Our focus for the moment is Ghana. We will be planning events around campus and in the community to raise awareness of Malaria, (the number one killer of children under the age of five) an epidemic in Africa. To directly pursue our health care initiative in Africa, this organization has partnered with the Ghana Health and Education Initiative to send ten exemplary students to Ghana, each year, during the winter months.
