WITH JENN BARRETT's APPROVAL ONLY - I will waiver the $15.00 rsvp fee... ONLY IF YOU WILL BRING some party supply items like listed below. I would like to broaden the alcohol selection and have atleast some food items to offer.
It would be very helpful if everyone can AT LEAST pitch in with party stuff. I am looking for volunteers to bring some combination of below:
-- Volleyball (we have a beach volleyball court)
-- Frisbee (there is a field near the pavilion)
-- music stereo/speakers/player
-- Your favorite Dish or dishes like a party platter, veggies + dip, sanwiches or hogies, cookies, brownies, or other kinds of sweets etc.
-- *Plastic Cups* and Plastic Utensils & paper plates
-- Bring some alcohol with you 6 pack to broaden the selection
-- Chips & Salsa (big party bags) or pretzels
-- Soda

I need people to RSVP so that I can pay for the rental and get an accurate head count! Please RSVP as soon as possible! The money is going towards the food and the rental of the pavilion; any extras will be donated to our Class '01 Reunion Fund at CHS during the Reunion this July!

Faculty and Staff of CHS have been invited and will be attending! This is a picnic and we will be having a grill, etc. I need volunteers who would like to offer to bring food; drinks; coolers with ice; picnic stuff and utensils; party supplies!
Also, please bring any volleyballs, basketballs, frisbees, soccer balls, playing cards, etc that you may have!!!!
Pets are also invited!

This event is BYOB or bring your own beer; but a keg or cans only please (NO GLASS)! Only people who RSVP can do this because I will put their names on the permit.
