IWA Mid-South Wrestling has put on over 500 professional wrestling events since 1996.

Events have been held in Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Iowa, Illinois, Texas and Pennsylvania.

Such stars as C.M. Punk, Trevor Murdock, The Highlanders, Colt Cabana, Chris Hero, Delirious, Matt Sydal, Brad Bradley, Ace Steel, Jimmy Jacobs, Alex Shelley, Shark Boy, Abyss, Chris Harris, Necro Butcher and so many more competed in IWA Mid-South before moving on to ROH, TNA or WWE.

Such legends as Dusty Rhodes, Terry Funk, Dory Funk, Tommy Rich, Chris Candido, Rey Mysterio Jr and Eddie Guerrero and Reckless Youth have competed on IWA shows in the past.
