This was a very simple group. It was a race, boys vs girls, first to 50,000 members wins. This is the group for girls.
We won the race to 50,000. Then we started a new race to 100,000. We won that too, because we're amazing.
Now the admin of the boys group and I have decided to try and do something positive with these groups. Continuing the race theme, we're going to race to raise money for charity.
What's the target? £10,000. We're racing to raise £10,000 for Cancer Research, Refuge and ACTSA. Why? Because we can. Because of the power of numbers. Because if we all work together we can make an amazing difference to people's lives. And most importantly, because we want to beat the boys.
I ask of you 1 of 2 things. Either:
1) Donate something. Anything at all. £2 will not only help, it will be greatly appreciated. The links to donate are here:

http://www.justgiving.com/greatfacebookracegirls - Refuge

2) Invite 1 or more (preferably more!) people to the group so that they might donate instead.

The boys' group is here: http://warwick.facebook.com/group.php?gid=2266079628
The boys have just put this up, don't see why we can't get in on it too!
