Just in case you were stuck for a christmas present for someone or you don't know what to ask for, the 1 - 6 box set is £39.95 on Zavvi.com, that's a whole 4p cheaper than play.com, hmv and 3p cheaper amazon. Let's face it, there's not going to be anything on tv on christmas day worth watching so you might as well buy it and be merry.

<02 November 2009 - Series 6 DVD>

Right, well, it could be down to the recession, shady characters insisting on watching the series online, or simply an introductory offer, but Peep Show Series 6 is an offensively cheap £11.98 at Amazon.

Oh and while you're at it, you may want to add a glowing review, simply because the 3/5 review appear to have been written before the series was aired.

I know the series was filmed in HD for the first time, but having looked online I can find no information about a potential Blu-Ray release, so it could be WAY off.

I'm not sure what Channel 4's Blu-Ray catalogue is like, but something to take into consideration perhaps?

<19 October 2009 pt. 2 - This Mitchell and Webb Book!>

Unless you have been watching too many American comedies, you will be aware that the standard British comedy series last six episodes...

...and unless you haven't been watching Peep Show, you will be aware that this Friday will see the 6th episode of the sixth series of Peep Show.

In light of this alarming fact, I decided to prepare myself for the forthcoming year-long Peep Show-shaped void by picking up ‘This Mitchell and Webb Book’.

It is ridiculously cheap (under a tenner!) in Amazon at the moment so the best advice I can give is follow this link and then buy it.

While there isn’t much space for a review here, it’s easily one of the funniest books I have ever read, utterly random and balances references to characters in That Mitchell and Webb Look with new material perfectly. My particular favourites are ‘Great Flat-Share Fridge Note Discourses’ (eg. James Bond and Darth Vader), Hitler’s 10 Lost Text Messages and Mundane Quotes of the Great.

The kings are dead, long live the kings' (alter egos)!
