For the third year in a row, SPACE ELEVATOR is getting ready to lift your mind, body & soul into psytrance euphoria at Burning Man 2009. We are a trance centric large-scale music camp also featuring pumping progressive trance, techno and downtempo. Our producers and DJs unite from California and around the world, bringing trippy eclectic sounds, groovy beats and hard driving rhythms to the dance floor, forming the perfect flow from dusk till dawn. We take you on daily mental expeditions and sonic journeys, launching early each evening and returning the following afternoon.
Space Elevator invites you to join us as we rock the playa Wednesday through Sunday. Come dance with us as we evolve and elevate together through dust storms and double rainbows.
Burning Man staff and volunteers encourage participation from all during the festival. One theme is no spectators. The mission of the Space Elevator camp is to incorporate and share the energy and creativity of psychedelic trance into the art and culture of the Burning Man festival.
Each year, Burning Man attracts artists, performers, healers, free spirits, travelers, psychonauts, neo shamans and assorted freaks to share their knowledge and art through various means of expression, and of course to have a rocking good time like no other in this interactive parallel reality that exists for 7 days on the blank slate of the Black Rock Desert.
