It's not all horrible: Oiwan's case is ineligible for judicial review (ie. circumventing the Obscene Articles Tribunal), she's gotten a judge known to rule conservatively and who in the Chinese University student magazine and Ming Pao cases failed to declare exactly which articles were 'indecent' prior to his rulings, and her lawyers estimate the 4-5 days in court with simultaneous translation will cost her USD 10,000.

The good news, Oiwan was interviewed by BBC Radio today (July 17) and she can be heard about a quarter the way in: http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio/noscript.shtml?/radio/aod/fivelive_aod.shtml?fivelive/podsandblogs
