A group for listeners, supporters and producers of The Conversations Network, a 501(c)(3) non-profit podcasting network.

Every day scores of educational, inspirational and entertaining conference sessions, lectures, debates and other spoken-word presentations are lost. They simply evaporate because no one records them. Some of these presentations are by the greatest and most inspiring minds of our time, and many would be important to people in the far reaches of the planet, if only they could hear them.

The Conversations Network captures presentations, processes the recordings, and publishes them online in two tiers:

* Curated Channels such as Social Innovation Conversations produce and publish carefully selected conferences and unique interviews. The writers and audio engineers are all volunteers, assisted by a staff of senior producers and managers.

* PodCorps.org is our grassroots army of volunteer audio and video stringers who record events worldwide. The Conversations Network operates the web sites that match stringers with events worldwide and supports our (read less)
