The London Pirate Festival 2009: Three days of pirate shenanigans in, around and aboard the Thames riverside. For grown up pirates, pirate kids and grown up pirate kids. From the educational and historical to the downright silly. From nice safe treasure hunts and storytelling for little pirates to drunken river faring mayhem for big smelly beardy pirates.

Say Arrhhh! me hearties because International Talk like a Pirate Day is upon us. To celebrate in pirate style Wiltons Music hall will be hosting a PIRATE BAND SPECTACULAR on Thursday 17th September.
So hoist your mailsail all you musical maurauders and wenches and get ready to shiver your timbers for the most incredible pirate band event ever to hit London town.
Bringing you Pyrates from the smuggling shores of EXETER, Seas of Mirth from the dry docks of DERBY ON SEA and Dead Mens Tales sailing from the far port of COPENHAGEN.
Join the mutiny, bring your scurvy brigade, drink rum and dance to songs of the sea, baudy balllards, drunken songs, piratical parodies and anti-shanties in this beautiful oldest music hall in London.

Join International Dress Like a Pirate day. Come dressed as a Pirate and bring other pirates, tis time ter be Pirating up the landlubbars!
The Tattershall Castle pub is free to jump on and the main bars close at 11pm. There is a nightclub on the boat open till 3am with £5 before 10pm and £7 for the rest of the night until 3am.
Costumes should be pirate based, with good pirates, hairy pirates or better yet sexeh pirates. The Tattershall Castle is a floating pub with five bars, nightclub and yer basic pirate food; fish and chips. The perfect place for Pirating London! With indoor and outdoor refreshments whether it's a choppy garn or a milkpond, they sell Rum so who cares.
With dubloons to be found, advanced Pirating classes (including pronounciation and Pirating history) and sea shanties to be sung, it's going to be great grand! No promises though, we be lazy pirates!
Closest tube is Embankment, exit onto the Thames and head right under the Hungerford Bridge. The Tattershall Castle is the SECOND floating pub after the bridge.
