The system won't change unless we demand it. Don't be discouraged by the results of the Ontario referendum last year. The process was flawed, and there will be another chance. BC is holding a second referendum on Proportional Representation in May! If BC adopts a new voting system, you can be sure that other provinces will start to follow suit.
