I've read Conversational Capital twice. Tons of notations and highlights. This "to me" is one of the better books on branding. Today the word branding is getting such a negative connotation . Negative consumers assume messages are being pushed towards you. Without Marketing, PR or Advertising how else will you deliver... ( and that is all it is, just delivering) the message about your brand to your consumers in order to go "beyond consumer" but create brand Evangelist? You start by creating a conversation - and one that incorporates all of Maslow's needs, experience, safety, the need to belong, the need to be recognized, the need for community - create a conversation that will resonate with consumers. And then listen, engage and invite feedback from your consumers.

Good book - I'll push this message towards you -- BUY IT.
