We're the resident impro troupe at the Canal Cafe Theatre in London's beautiful Little Venice, near Warwick Avenue.

We're there on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of any given month at half nine or "21:30" if you will. And most of you do.

As for how, we just have mad skills.

We won! Well a 10 year old boy in the audience officially won, but we came top of the impro teams for the London Theatresports Cup 2009, which is enough for us. Well down Gemma, Jess, Charlotte and Cariad for getting The Institute to the top! (almost).

May 2nd ... Sci-fi Impro at the London Sci-fi Festival. We're dubbing a sci-fi film but wait...we don't know which one it is...it's gonna be improvised!
