The National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation, established in 1968, is a nonprofit, charitable organization providing free legal aid to employees whose human or civil rights have been violated by abuses of compulsory unionism.
The National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation is dedicated to the principle that all Americans have the right to join a union if they choose to, but none should ever be forced to affiliate with a union in order to get or keep a job.
