ALL WEEK LONG (October 11-17, 2009)
Maryland's "M"azing Race
We text you the clues and you text us the answers! Run completely through text message, Maryland's "M"azing Race will take place all week during Homecoming Week - October 11-16. Teams can be 1-4 people, and the winning team gets a free 50 minute massage at the Health Center for each member of their team. We'll announce the winning team at the Post-Parade Party on October 16 at 5 p.m.!

Penny Wars!
Bring all that extra change laying around your room to our events and raise money for your class. Pennies count for your class (Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, Senior), but silver change can count against another class! A percentage of the proceeds go to the winning group, with the rest going towards the Student Crisis Fund. On-Campus Tree Planting with the Arbor Day Foundation and the Semester on Peace
11:30 a.m.-3:00 p.m., Morrill Quad (behind Tydings Hall)
Make your mark on campus and plant a tree that will be here forever. Maryland is one of 10 campuses nationwide to recieve funding from the Arbor Day Foundation for this important "Tree Campus USA" event. LUNCH and TSHIRTS are provided!

MONDAY, OCTOBER 12
Official Homecoming Kick-Off in the TerpZone!
7:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m., TerpZone, The Stamp
Join us in the TerpZone for FREE FOOD, PRIZES, and FREE BOWLING AND BILLIARDS! Kick off Homecoming Week with a bang!

Homecoming Pep Rally and SEE Comedy Show featuring Russell Peters with special guest Kevin Nealon
Doors open at 6:30 p.m., Cole Fieldhouse
Get fired up and ready to see The Terps beat Virginia in Saturday's Homecoming Football game! Attendees must purchase a ticket for the comedy show. Tickets are available at the Hoff Box Office. More information is available online at www.see.umd.edu

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 16
Homecoming Parade
4:00-5:00 p.m., Regent's Drive
Check out this year's Homecoming Parade as it winds it's way through campus. Designated viewing areas are: the steps of LaPlata Hall, in Front of the Chemistry Building, and the steps of Main Administration. This year, see performances by Gymkana, cars from College Park Tuning, and our Grand Marshal, Today Show health expert and UMD Alum Joy Bauer!

Post-Parade Party
5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m., McKeldin Mall
Keep the party going at the Homecoming Post-Parade Party. Come for FOOD, PRIZES, MUSIC and more!

PHC Step Show

3 hours before kickoff, Parking lots surrounding Byrd Stadium
Let Your iMagination Run Wild and show us YOUR wild side! Competition winners get the much coveted Tailgate cup and a banner for their vehicle.
