This is the official Facebook group of the new graphic (novel) adaptation of the US Constitution, written by Jonathan Hennessey, art by Aaron McConnell.

Published by Farrar Strauss & Giroux in both hardcover and paperback, the book became available everywhere October 14, 2008.

It's a graphic novel/ comic book version of the Constitution that covers and illuminates the entire document - all the articles, all the amendments - as well as the background history of the Revolution, the decision to have a constitution, and the Constitutional Conventions. It uses images to put into context and present the material in an engaging and entertaining way. It is geared towards a general audience, but it would also be an appropriate learning tool for high schoolers.

It's gotten great reviews from everyone from Publishers Weekly and Kirkus to boingboing.net, and was named by the Village Voice as one of the Ten Best Books of 2008.
