Boot Camp Fit is a great new total Body Fitness group located in Iroquois, Ontario.
1) Family Fitness (NEW) 6:00 pm – 6:45 pm
Family Fun Fitness provides an opportunity each week to participate in an exciting experience of games, challenges, and goal setting while incorporating fitness, nutrition, and active living. Develop healthy routines while spending time together.
2) Introduction to Fitness (NEW) 6:45 pm – 7:30 pm
This workout is for both men and women. Here you will learn how to do a variety of exercises with proper technique. Each week we will help you to improve your strength, flexibility and cardio.
3) Boot Camp Fit 7:30 pm – 8:30 pm
Boot Camp Fit will run from. This workout is for both men and women. This hour long class is a high intensity workout, challenging strength, cardio, and flexibility. This class is recommended for those who are already in shape, or who are brave of heart. The format of this class changes every 4-8 weeks so that you are always challenging yourself. All classes are different and exciting.
4) Stretch Class 8:15 pm – 9:15 pm
This in an hour class will include many styles flexibility using various techniques and equipment. This class is for both men and women, and is a great opportunity to improve posture, stay limber, and strong. Each class will end with a breathing, meditation, or relaxation session. This is a relaxation class and is suitable for all levels.

We have flexible rates and packages to fit your schedule. We meet on Tues, Thurs, and Sundays.
Weather permitting we take the group outdoors (not in the winter though).
