The photomosaic itself was originally created for the book Obama: The Historic Front Pages which is being released on Feb 13, 2009. It features the front pages of more than 100 of the world’s leading newspapers chronicling Obama’s nomination, election and inauguration.

The book also includes:
• five historic speeches as well as front pages marking three significant landmarks: the Democratic nomination, the election and the nomination
• the historic speech "A More Perfect Union," delivered at Constitution Hall, Philadelphia, March 18, 2008
• photos from the campaign, the Denver convention and the inauguration
