NEW SERVICES AT THE STUDENT HEALTH CENTER DENATAL CLINIC
The Student Health Center Dental Clinic now offers four new dental services:
•Single crowns for teeth not restorable with fillings.
•Occlusal/night guards to treat grinding and TMJ problems.
•Teeth whitening.
•Sealants to protect against tooth decay.
Students may call (614) 247-2378 for an appointment.
NEW COMPUTER KIOSKS
Computer kiosks have recently been introduced at the RPAC, as well as the Adventure Recreation Center (ARC). The computers are open to be used by anyone; there is no log-in required. They provide access to the following sites: The Ohio State University, AOL, Facebook, Gmail, Hotmail, Twitter, and Yahoo.
There is also the option to print from these kiosks. Simply select the UniPrint wireless printing option and pick up your prints at any of the other 37 printing sites.

NEW FITNESS EQUIPMENT IN RPAC, ARC, AND JESSE OWENS CENTERS
During the break period, all of the Precor EFX machines in the RPAC were replaced with newer, updated models. The Precor EFX machines provide cardio conditioning that simultaneously strengthens different muscle groups. Facility staff also added three Precor AMT trainers, a newer piece from Precor that combines elements of stair climbing with elements of elliptical training. There are two Precor AMT's in the Cardio Canyon and one in the Cardio Loft. Older model EFX machines and all treadmills were also replaced throughout the ARC, and Jesse Owens North and South. Two additional treadmills were brought to JON bringing the total number of treadmills to 10. The old equipment was traded back into the manufacturer for a credit towards the new equipment.

FREE EQUIPMENT ORIENTATIONS
The Personal Training Program is currently offering two free equipment orientations to all members. Members may register at the following times: Mon-Fri at 7:45am, 12:30pm, 5:30pm and Saturdays at 10am. Our personal training staff will show you how to properly operate our Cybex and Paramount fitness equipment lines. To sign up, please call 292-5153. Registration is ongoing.

HOTHAND WIRELESS
Hothand is the mobile gateway to provide specialized recreation and sports information on cell phones and other wireless devices. Users may connect with Hothand network through their mobile phones or their computer. They can also opt-in to receive updates through text messaging. Students will receive notices only for the categories that they select, examples are Intramurals, Facility updates, Group Fitness etc.
It’s free to sign-up! Text messages are also free, but standard text message rates do apply. Check with your cell phone carrier.
