They're: A contraction for 'They are'
eg. They're fucking idiots because they don't understand the difference between words that although sound alike, mean entirely different things.

Their: To indicate possession.
eg. Their spelling and grammar suck balls.

There: In reference to a place.
eg. Run back to 4th grade over there and learn the difference between these words.
