DeMint introducing legislation to reform the CPSIA - attaching to the Stimulus bill. Call your Congressional Reps to have them sign on or at least vote yes.

Bad News: If the lead issue and retroactivity wasn't enough, US District Court orders Phthalates to be retroactive to existing inventory.

NAM request for 6 mo stay voted no 2-0 by CPSC.

Blame game occuring between CPSC Comm. Moore and Waxman, et al - All Nords fault... I'll save the commentary and hope that DeMints legislation passes.

The fight is not over... The release is not a ruling, it's not an exemption - it's the CPSC's attempt to quell the groundswell from the secondary market.

Bottom line: Resale stores do not have to test, yet they must comply or be subject to prosecution.

This is not a solution. Do NOT stop your existing efforts to contact Congress, the media, CPSC, friends and family and anyone/anything else that gets our voice out there.
