We're trying to get a working group going to facilitate SDS participation at the 2008 Presidential Convention protests. If you're interested in helping to figure out logistics and strategy, leave a wall post or hit up the listserve at sdsprotestnc2008@lists.riseup.net . If you're too busy for that, but you're thinking of coming, hang out in the group anyway; we'll post announcements here.

A whole bunch of different organizing efforts have already been started, but it'd be cool if we could get a vision together of 1) what do we want to accomplish at these protests? 2) what do we feel comfortable doing, and what is most strategically effective? 3) what would help make it easier for SDSers to come to the protests?
