This group is for people dedicated to preserving states' rights and our borders.
"YES WE CAN" may be the current mantra but the 9th and 10th Amendments state that "NO YOU CAN'T" when it comes to the federal government usurping powers not granted to it by the Constitution.
Why?
9th Amendment - The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others RETAINED BY THE PEOPLE.
10th Amendment - The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or TO THE PEOPLE.
This is the United States of America, NOT the United STATE of America. Rights and power are granted to the government by the people, not vice versa.
WE THE PEOPLE can be a powerful force when WE CHOOSE TO ACT.
This group is for PEOPLE who want to reaffirm their inalienable rights and work together to support state legislators to stand up to an ever more powerful and coercive federal government.
New Hampshire, Arizona, Michigan, Missouri, Oklahoma, Hawaii, Texas and others have either passed, filed or are considering filing resolutions re-declaring their sovereignty to the federal government.
Our next event is on March 4th in Concord, New Hampshire. You can get involved in person or online. We are also looking for leaders and volunteers in other states to organize and get involved in events to protect our precious liberties.
