2:00pm There are new reports online of the recovery of Lance Armstrong's bike by Sacramento Police. It is now being reported that Armstrong's stolen bike was turned in by a Sacramento resident.
4:00pm Sacramento Police held a press conference in regard to the case.
* Sergeant Norm Leong of the Sacramento police force:
"The internet campaign made life more difficult for the robbers. All the technology involved really kept the story alive and moving. It was clear that most of the people in the community were looking for this bike.
