Short synopsis:

There are no more stars in the sky!!!!

"This Guy, The Sky" consults with The Tides. He asks them for the "Vessel of Ultimate Power" (a cheese doodle/cheesie smile).. but the tides as oracles say NO, it is not for you..

A girl comes to the waters and cries into the cardboard sea.. she also wishes for the stars to return. The Tides give her the Vessel. She wears it as a smile and bubbles with happiness.. until This Guy The Sky descends upon her and bites off half of her smile in a struggle.. she also tears into him with her nails and blue dye streams over her hands and stains them. (then all the colour drains out of our picture, we are now in black and white).

The girl runs away and throws the other half of her smile/frown at a lion to save a unicorn, who are wrestling.

The girl carries the unicorn through the forest and they see stars through the trees, they must follow this anomaly! The stars lead to a paper moon photo booth at which they get their picture taken by a madman photographer/magician... which is really a trap laid out by the Queen of the moon to steal smiles. The photographer freaks out because the girl and the uni don't have smiles anymore. They are transported to the real moon (and we are now in colour and song).

On "a Moon" the Queen demands smiles to feed her children. Songs burst and dances happen in explanations and accusations. The girl accuses the Queen of stealing the Earth's happiness. The Queen consults the Tides about what to do and makes the girl queen for a day to solve all her own problems. The girl is trapped in her thrown with the Unicorn dying at her feet. The unicorn tells her to take it's horn after it dies and set all the smiles free. The girl massacres all the moon children setting the smiles free and the children turn into stars in the sky.
