News:
Harrisburg, PA, September 30, 2009 - Harrisburg Young Professionals (HYP) has conducted a survey of over 300 individuals, and the results are in. The results of the survey as well as supplementary information can be found via the links below.

The results shed light on the challenges and opportunities facing the City of Harrisburg. The attractions of living in the City, such as walkability and attractive neighborhoods, are highlighted. So are the qualities that deter more individuals from becoming City residents, such as persistent crime and an under performing school district.

The numbers indicate that HYP members are regional citizens who are diverse in their interests, volunteer at extraordinarily high levels, attain high levels of education, and are overwhelmingly dedicated to making the City of Harrisburg a better place to live, work and play.
