Addison Joseph Bernard (June 22, 1987 - August 22, 2001) was an elite hockey player who loved the game of hockey. He died as a result from an ATV accident at a young age of 14. His parents are Allison & Miranda Bernard and was a big brother to Ashton and Arden. The family of Addison love the game of hockey and enjoy going to the rinks. Addison's younger brother, Ashton, plays in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League with the Shawinigan Cataractes. And baby brother, Arden, plays Atom AAA for the Cape Breton County Islanders.

The family of Addison has been having a Memorial Hockey Tournament in his memory since 2002. The tournament has been very successful and getting bigger and bigger. The tournament is open to anyone in the Maritimes Provinces. Everyone is invited to participate as a hockey player or a fan. (read less)
