My name is Neil Ducoff. For over 38 years, I’ve been helping salon and spa professionals as a business trainer, coach, keynote speaker and author. I’m the founder and CEO of Strategies, a business training and coaching company specializing in the salon and spa industry. I’ve also the authored two books: "Fast Forward: The Definitive Business Resource Book for Salons and Spas," and "No-Compromise Leadership," published by DC Press.
As a salon/spa owner, it’s not always easy to find the right answers. That’s why we created this group. We encourage you to:

THE SECOND GROUP is your moderators, an elite team of highly-trained Certified Strategies Coaches…and me. Each CSC has completed an extensive three-year training program. These are the same individuals who lead all of Strategies’ Business Academy seminars, online webinars and service the entire Strategies Coaching network. They are all salon/spa owners — just like you — and each of them experiences the same challenges that you face every day. And now they are here to help you.
