Tuesday, October 6: Green Roof kick-off meeting in the EcoHouse classroom at 3:00.
Friday, October 9: Mike Fraidenburg (Natural Resources Careers) speaks at 2:00 in Young 100. He'll then be coming to EcoHouse at 4:00 and we'll take him to dinner in one of the dining halls at 6:00. Everyone is welcome to attend any part of the day.
Wednesday, October 14: Climate and Clean Energy webinar at 2:00. Location TBA.
Friday, October 16: Daniel Mullins will be visiting EcoHouse at 3:30. Daniel has done some amazing things with his life including teaching in an Inuit village and founding the Willimantic Whitewater Partnership. He is a UConn alumus and recently received the Graduate of the Last Decade (G.O.L.D.) Award 2009.
Sunday, October 18: 1:00-4:00. Apple and pumpkin picking trip! Look for the facebook event started by Carly.
Wednesday, October 21: 7:00 Clean Energy America speaker in the SU. Also, EcoHouse baking night for the Teale speaker dinner on the following Thursday! If there's enough people interested in going to the speaker, we can plan baking for after the speaker.
Thursday, October 22: Teale Lecture by John Elder at 4:00 in the Dodd Center. Following his presentation and reception, we'll be hosting a dinner for him in EcoHouse! We'd like as many people as possible to attend!
